provide basic maintenance services.  Details of each inspection visit is communicated to our clients to assure that (1) everyone has an updated and documented status  of the home and (2) our clients have continuous peace of mind regarding the care of their home. 

Insurance companies may not pay a claim if the home is unoccupied for more than 30 days.
